In New Delhi, the Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, today chairs a critical security review meeting with Chief Ministers and Lieutenant Governors of border states adjoining Pakistan and Nepal. The meeting, attended via video conferencing, includes Senior officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), including the Union Home Secretary, Director of Intelligence Bureau (IB), Director General of Border Security Force (BSF), and Director General of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

The meeting was attended by Senior officials from the Union government, Chief Ministers of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal, and a representative from the Sikkim government.
