Collaborative Efforts: EAM and NSA Brief India’s Response to Cross-Border Terrorism

In an unprecedented move, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has spoken with his counterparts from countries including Spain, Germany, France, Qatar, and Japan during a joint briefing on India’s firm response to cross-border terrorism under Operation Sindoor. Meanwhile, the Ministry of External Affairs has also briefly informed the envoys of Permanent and Non-Permanent Members (PAM) of the United Nations (UN) Security Council (UNSC), including France, China, Russia, and others.

Dr. Jaishankar’s Opening Statement: Dr. Jaishankar expressed his gratitude to these countries for their solidarity in the wake of the tragic Pahalgam terrorist attack in 2014.
